To understand how Form4.ai is used and improve it, we record which pages you view and which buttons you click on our site (for example, opening an upgrade offer or starting checkout), together with the time, the page address and, if you arrived from another site, that site's address. If you are logged in, this activity is linked to your account.
To connect visits made from the same browser, including visits made before you signed up, we set a
first-party cookie named f4_aid containing a random identifier. It lasts one year and is
never shared with third parties or used for advertising. This data is stored on our own servers and is
only used by us to improve the product.
Opting out: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we
do not record this activity. You can also delete the f4_aid cookie at any time, or ask us
to delete your activity data by emailing
[email protected].
